CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. RETURN POLICY:
Returns will not be processed without prior approval. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please submit a return request before returning any merchandise. Once your return has been approved, please follow the instructions on the RETURN FORM that was included in your order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. RETURN PROCESSING: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
